For those who do not like to consume alcoholic drinks, surely the Acai berry is a better alternative since it contains multiple times a number of anthocyanins than red wine.
The Acai berry is truly a super food. The great thing about this fruit is that it’s a really tasty juice that smells great as well. It doesn’t hurt that you have the added benefit of losing weight by consuming regular amounts of this fantastic berry.
